Howard Bloom

Managing Director

Howard is the Managing Director. He oversees various aspects of client relations from onboarding/implementation to business development. Prior to joining Piedmont, Howard was the CFO, COO, and CCO for Serrado Capital in New York City where he oversaw various aspects of operations, compliance, and financial reporting. Howard also oversaw the fund administration relationship at the firm.

Prior to Serrado Capital, Howard was also the CFO and COO for Soundpost Partners and Nishkama Capital. Howard began his career at Rothstein Kass (now KPMG). Howard received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University in New York and is a certified public accountant.
