Mina Ringler

Co-Founder & COO

Mina is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Piedmont Fund Services, where she oversees Fund Operations and Investor Relations. Prior to co-founding Piedmont, Mina was with Chilton Investment Company, a multi-billion dollar New York based hedge fund, overseeing the fund accounting processes for domestic and offshore funds.

Prior to joining Chilton Investment Company, Mina was a Senior Auditor with the Asset Management practice at Ernst & Young, where she focused on audits of hedge funds, venture capital, and private equity funds in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her areas of expertise include analysis of fund performance, investment partnership accounting, investor relationship management, and private placement accounting. Mina is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara, where she earned a B.A. in Business Economics with Accounting Emphasis.
